Business Analyst

I am currently working with global marketing and communications organisation on a large scale HR/ Finance ERP transformation project. They're a organisation moving at an incredible pace backed by one of the worlds most experience private equity investors. They are now in need of a experience Business Analyst to join their existing team and help work on their Workday implementation project. The project in question will affect 10,000+ users. This is a fantastic opportunity to not just use the skills you have already acquired but to also grow your skills and propel you career.

Please find the key skills for the position below:

* Experience of working in the Finance domain is essential, as the candidate needs to have strong grasp of finance concepts and terminology from the outset. Ideally a qualified Accountant.
* Significant experience of working in a Business Analyst role, having previously successfully delivered a number of robust, efficient solutions (ideally workday) involving complex multi-system dependencies,
* The ability to hit the ground running in terms of fitting straight into an in-flight programme, in a fast paced working environment.
* Strong business process modelling and management skills (preferably BPMN and Lean).
* Structured analysis and modelling skills: including business process and entity modelling, UML (including use cases and state diagrams)
* Well-developed influencing and decision making skills, showing clear leadership when it comes to driving out the definition of a problem and its solution.
* Actively manages own development and skills, with a clear awareness of own strengths and opportunities for growth.
* Ability to motivate and mentor others.
