Are you a university graduate looking for your first role in Software? Are you interested in software development? Do you have the motivation and attitude to make a successful start your career?

We are looking for business analyst to gather requirements for our rostering software and work closely with the development team. The role function is to make sure that the product continues to be developed in a way that is beneficial to the business and our customers. You will also need to be able to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria and be involved in the new customer project implementation process. Stong IT skills, customer services skills and literacy are key to success in this role.


* Owning the end-to-end requirements management process for the project requirements throughout the project life-cycle.
* Define and prioritise functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Testing finished requirements. You will support the development team in testing finished requirements and support regression testing.
* Documenting release notes
* Provide assistance to the support team. You will be required to spend some time helping the support team with more complex issues and assessing development requests that come from customers via the support team.
* Managing product implementation for new customers. You will work closely with the customer to make the sure the system is configured to best serve their business needs and workflows.

Your skills:

* A good understanding of agile methodologies
* Ability to manage a varied workflow
* Ability to understand complex software products
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Able to represent RotaMaster effectively at external meetings


* University degree (2:1 or higher)
* Full, clean driving license and access to your own car
