My favourite client are seeking to grow their Occupier Services division with the addition of a stronger business development team. You will work with clients already using a service line that are on the books, to up/cross sell other service lines that you can offer.

Although one of the larger companies, they have a mandate to grow and the flexibility to help implement strategy alongside the director will mean greater opportunities for finding further value, with trusted clients, which will mean more job satisfaction and higher levels of service, leading to more good quality work.

THE ROLE



* Reaching out to current clients to inform them of other property services that can be offered
* Taking ownership of passing on the required lead to the appropriate department.
* Following up with the client to make sure that appropriate customer service is being carried out during the process
* Accompanying surveyors on visits to help with tenders and pitches, or to build better customer relations
* Further collaboration with L&T, Development, Property Management, Agency, Investment etc to find further revenue earning opportunities for the business.

THE PERSON



* Able to pick up the phone and speak to people
* Able to innovate and be creative in property solutions.
* Experience in commercial property
* Agile enough to think of other opportunities to sell other property services to the businesses.
