Business Development Executive Package:
  • A competitive basic salary of between £20-22,000, dependent on experience

Business Development Executive Role:
  • Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company and its product offering in order to best educate prospects
  • Strategically generate new business leads – identifying key influencers within target accounts, before reaching out to them
  • Develop rapport with key decision makers over the phone and via email in order to schedule meetings for the wider sales team
  • Capitalise on warm, generated leads, through events, campaigns and website visits
  • Maintain your own pipeline of prospective customers
  • Shadow senior members of the team to the business meetings you schedule, with an eye on your own progression – managing the entire business cycle independently, engaging with senior professionals on a face to face basis, negotiating and closing deals  
Business Development Executive:
  • Educated to degree level
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment
  • Ambitious and driven
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A confident and consultative approach and solid presentations skills
  • Commercial acumen
