Our client are looking for a proactive, ambitious and career focused graduate to join their existing sales team.

Taking responsibility for the full business cycle, the Graduate Business Development Executive will take ownership of business relationships from initial contact right through to negotiating and closing deals.

  • Prospecting new businesses for the company to work with
  • Educating the prospect on the company products and services
  • Setting up meetings with yourself (and initially a senior manager)
  • Negotiating the best deal with prospects and closing business with them
  • Managing and developing account further, upselling and cross-selling where possible
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date company CRM records
  • Developing your understanding of market trends, developments and competitors
Candidate requirements:
  • Educated to degree level
  • Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and IT literate
  • Tenacity and strong work ethic
  • The ability to work well with people
