Our client is a highly regarded finance training and conference provider with a blue chip client list. Due to its on-going success the position of Business Development Executive has become available. They are offering competitive salary and commission structure in line with experience.

The successful candidate will be working in very busy office environment with a hard working team of eleven each focussed on meeting deadlines and demands. The successful candidate will work for a great company which encourages ideas and where everyone feels part of a successful team. They will be actively encouraged to make the role their own by being enterprising, hardworking and client centred.

*Up to £35k (experience dependant) + commission
*Generous commission structure: 4% up to £12,000, 7% thereafter
*Team Bonus structure - up to £1050 per person!

Responsibilities:
*Creating a prospect sales database - using CRM (MS Dynamics) - from scratch;
-Ensuring all decision makers from all departments / divisions of the target account are added to the CRM and called and e-marketed to
-Researching websites, Social Media, articles and publications and adding appropriate contacts to the CRM
-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM
-The on-going visiting of client websites to obtain new contacts to add to the CRM
-Telephoning companies / contacts to verify contact data on the CRM
*Marketing company training courses - Initiating marketing e-shots to contacts on databases
-verifying all bounces from e-shots and updating contact details on our databases
-processing bookings for courses and webinars from e-shots
*Cold calling prospects
-Introducing company's courses and webinars to potential clients all over the world
-Making appointments - Participating in client meetings
*Answering incoming calls (dealing with queries, transferring and advising)
*Plus any other duties to assist the department

Requirements:
*Experience of working in a B2B sales/client acquisition environment where e-marketing (e-shots) and telesales were the primary methods of business generation and need creation.
*Experience of research, CRM data-entry and client management together with tele-selling a service based product would be an advantage
*Genuine in the financial service industry would be an advantage
*Quick learner with a 'can do' attitude
*Ability to prioritise, keep to deadlines and manage workload
*Entrepreneurial
*Client focussed
*Hard working and proactive
*Well organised and strong attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Excellent use of Microsoft Office
