Business Development Executive - Wythenshawe

Up to £22,000 + £6,000 bonus per annum

My client specialises in reducing the cost of procuring temporary agency and locum labour for their clients. They cost save and improve compliance, streamline administration and perform auditing and training.

They are looking for motivated, target driven individuals to research, resource and build relationships with new and existing clients.

For the right individual, there is real progression in this position. They're offering a competitive salary and bonus structure.

The Role:

A business development role where the individual is responsible for achieving sales targets through having strategic conversations with decision makers over the telephone, arranging client meetings or telephone meetings for the account manager and head of audits.


* Identifying and researching new qualified prospects in a vertical target markets
* Telephone sales to directors and senior contacts in the target market to raise awareness and promote our clients services
* Book qualified new business meetings with decision makers
* Generate new business revenue
* Achieve monthly sales targets i.e. activity and performance targets
* Be commercially aware & up to date with the industry
* Actively pursue all possible sales leads
* Assist in E-shot marketing campaigns
* Compile daily and weekly sales reports
* Assisting the audits team with day to day duties when instructed by management

Ideal candidate will possess:

* Proven experience of generating sales calls
* Proven experience of selling via telephone at a senior level to large organisations
* The capacity to learn and adapt
* Action orientated

Desirable criteria:

* Experience in / knowledge of the recruitment industry
* Experienced in using Excel
* Experience within the NHS or medical arena
* Knowledge on Linked in, Twitter and other social media platforms
