An excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a well established provider of outsourced contact centre solutions has become available.

The successful applicant will work alongside some of the world's leading brands in the Financial Technology and Services industry across the UK.

Benefits include:

Salary up to £40,000 (negotiation possible dependent on experience) and double OTE of £80,000.

Benefits include: 25 days' annual holiday, Share options, Laptop and Mobile, Private Health, Pension, Accelerators, excellent training and lots more.

The main responsibilities include:

*Identify, qualify and pursue sales prospects as directed by the Client Development Director and within the defined Plan.
*Identify suitable sales prospects within the Financial Technology and Services industry.
*Define, shortlist and engage with senior prospect management in order to confirm approach and functionality.
*Provide regular sales reporting information on CRM and as part of the standard pipeline / account reviews.
*Follow sales procedures and escalate as appropriate, to ensure the sales pipeline is accurate and a full picture of activates is available to corporate.
*Liaise with marketing and legal to ensure a joined up and consistent approach on lead generation through to contract negotiation.

Skills/Qualifications/Experience Required:

*Over 6 years proven track record and experience of business to business, selling complex solutions to the Financial Technology and Services businesses.
*Educated to Degree level is preferred.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*An understanding of the issues facing a modern large and complex organisation and the
*Procurement processes involved in acquiring business systems.
*An understanding of outsource contact centre solutions is preferred but not essential.
*Evidence of closing 6 figure £ deals and working high monetary targets is highly desirable.
