The business established itself within a niche area of the Civil Engineering Market, their team has credentials such as chartered status and Doctorate and their work load has thrived on recommendations and referrals.

The team have achieved global status and want to bring in the business development team to complete a designated strategy for the up and coming trenches of work, the person I need will be able to network within Tier 1 contractors to establish relationships and convert these to tender meetings with the end goal being to win this work to hand over to the Delivery Team.

This business can offer you, autonomy but on the double edged sword of accountability and responsibility, they will give you the opportunity to assist the general manager riding the wave of success.
