This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Process Analyst to work with one an exciting and innovative Professional Services Technology organisation.

This individual will be coming in to a greenfield environment and be the person responsible for implementing and re-engineering new processes for SME company acquisitions and will also focus on Resource Management

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group VP, Business Integration, you will have experience in defining and implementing business process change in an evolving enterprise environment.

Main responsibilities include:

* Define corporate business processes based on current internal and industry best practice
* Facilitate workshops with internal staff from different disciplines and seniority
* Implement business process change in newly acquired and existing business units
* Support new acquisitions to adopt corporate business processes to enable efficient integration with the least disruption to delivery
* Work with business information systems team to ensure processes are aligned to tools
* Continuously improve alignment of business unit processes to corporate business processes
* Produce a governance framework to monitor adoption and success of corporate business process

Experience and skills
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Process Analyst in an enterprise organisation
* Experience of back office processes from sales through to billing and revenue recognition
* Able to define current business processes
* Can challenge current business processes against best practice to achieve improvements
* Understanding of business information systems from sales through to finance
* Able to define segregation of duties in business units of differing sizes
* Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills
* Ability to build rapport in new teams
* Attention to detail
* Ability to document business processes in a clear and user-friendly format
* Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills
* Strong change management skills
* Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Self-motivated and managed
* Ability to travel globally up to 50% of overall time
