Company Overview

A successful Housing Association is looking for a Business Support Administrator to resource for the Specialist Landlord Team. This is a temporary role which is ongoing for a minimum of 6 months.

Your Package

* Full Time Hours
* Monday - Friday
* £10 - £13

Your Responsibilities

* Undertake general office duties including hard copy and soft copy filing, printing, photocopying and scanning and upload of appropriate document
* To process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail handling correspondence from customers, suppliers, stakeholders or partners in a timely and professional manner
* To raise purchase orders and payments for suppliers as required
* To answer, assist and/or re-direct incoming calls to Specialist Landlord
* To pass on meter readings for Specialist Landlord properties to utilities companies and arrange payment of utility bills as required
* This list is a non-exhaustive list of duties

Your Skills/ Experience

* Competent at using different IT software and programmes
* Able to be quick and efficient at learning IT and other bespoke programmes
* Able to use own initiative and manage own work load
