Allocate Software a developing a brand new team of 4 graduates that will be supporting various departments in the rollout of new sales and reward plans across Allocate's global teams. This role will work closely with the sales teams in order to support Global sales processes.

Role Summary:

The foundation of sales enablement is to provide sales people with what they need to successfully engage the buyer throughout the buying process. Aligning closely with both global and regional stakeholders, the UKI enablement lead acts as a key support team for to the global sales team. People that work well in this team have polished communication skills, ability to build relationships across the business and have experience within the technology sector. Experience within enterprise SaaS space is a distinct advantage. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and be able to respond quickly to our changing and growing business environment. You are keen on best in class practice and strive for excellence.

Principle Job Elements & Responsibilities:

* Sales On boarding Coordination / training

* Clearly define and document the sales processes used within the CRM program * Assist in building out our Sales Enablement strategy

* Manage and administer sales enablement tools ex) LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Work cross-functionally to develop a library of sales plays around repeatable and impactful use cases * Allocate Sales Playbook

* Assist with product education around new features, functionality, and enhancements surrounding product launches to incorporate marketing strategy into training curriculum

* Work with the Sales Operations Director to analyse performance and skill sets of sales personnel with sales leadership to determine needs for additional training and growth

* Field ad hoc content and support requests from sales team

* Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need

* Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs Requirements

Skills, Experience and Knowledge:

* Bachelor's degree; business and marketing majors preferred

* Experience in a sales or sales support role preferred

* Passionate and thoughtful about sales training

* Organised and strategic in their day to day and in long term project planning

* Analytical and data focused

* Engaging and get people excited about company initiatives

* Determined to deliver and get things done, whether working individually or collaboratively

* Capable self-starter and a completer/finisher

* Able to self-direct work in a highly dynamic environment

* Prioritize tasks effectively

* Team player with strong interpersonal skills
