Are you a CAD Technician? Looking for a new role? Have experience with civil engineering consultancies?

Randstad are currently recruiting for a CAD Technician to work on a permanent basis for a civil engineering design consultancy in Cardiff. The client is an independent consultancy who produce a mix of build and infrastructure projects.

Experience in some of the following areas is desirable, but training will be provided :



* Experience in the use of REVIT
* Experience in the use of Civils3D
* Experience in the use of AutoCAD
* Experience in the use of Quality Systems
* Experience in highways and drainage
* Experience in highways and drainage detailing
* Experience in other infrastructure works
* Experience in steel, concrete and masonry structures
* Experience in building detailing
* Experience in reinforcement detailing
* Awareness of BS and Eurocodes
* Experience in the design development process
* BIM experience beneficial

General:



* Good communicator and proactive team member;
* Someone who works efficiently;
* Someone with attention to detail;
* High levels of general IT proficiency;
* Full UK Driving licence;

Required Experience:



* CAD Technician for 4+ years
