We are looking for our care everyday hero!

I have a fantastic client that is located just outside of Reading; supporting elderly clients that are on early set dementia and requires support with there day to day needs. A 90 bedded unit with en suite rooms for all service users and a beautiful sensory garden.

Responsibilities:



* Providing washing,changing and feeding for service users
* Ensuring a safe and home like environment at all times for the service users
* Adhering to care plans
* Supporting service users when they go to GP appointments

Requirements:



* Someone with empathy
* A multi tasker that is able to deal with more than one task at a time
* You don't need to be a driver there are great public transport links
