Caretaker

£20,000 salary - London (NW2 area)

A leading property managmenet company require a proven Caretaker, to contribute positively towards their vibrant team in London (NW2 area).

This role is a very varied position, some of your duties will be:



* Maintain basic building components, internal fixtures and fittings
* Basic plumbing, painting and decoration
* Co-ordinate and monitor visits by specialist maintainance operatives
* Inspection of grounds and make reports
* Assist on management to fire satefy drills and first aid
* Basic weeding and ground workds or external soft landscaping
* Snow clearance if required
* Key holding
* Any other resonable duties within the scope of the post
