Caretaker - IMMEDIATE

Ongoing contract

School Contract within Stockport

£8.00 Per Hour + Overtime (38 hour weeks)

08.00 - 16.00

This is a static role at one of two potential locations one being a high school and one a college.

The Client -

My client have an extensive portfolio of clients and we are now involved with wide ranging sectors such as commercial property, retail, education, public and residential accommodation, including both key worker and student living, together with there long association in healthcare property and service provision. Each service provided by my client is tailored to suit the needs of the individual clients they have and supported by a comprehensive and bespoke electronic reporting system, which enables clients to access detailed maintenance records making everyone life easier. My client strongly believes that its people are the key element to the success of any contract and as such we invest heavily in welfare and training for all members of staff so that the high quality of there employees is reflected in there performance as an FM service partner.

The succefull applicant applying for this role will be able to work to most of the point below -

* Previous experience within a Maintenance role

Must be able to pass a satisfactory reference check and a CRB if the appoint is awarded.
