Centre Manager Role

We have an opportunity for a Centre Manager to join our Needspace? Team at their Hammersmith Business Centre to provide efficient administration support and customer services to ensure a smooth running service at all times.Business provides quality managed workspace to the growing number of small businesses in Greater London and the South East.

The role will require you to:



* Be the first point of contact for all people visiting the business centre's offices, including taking and distributing deliveries/post
* Keep the Centre tidy and in good repair at all times
* Ensure efficient operation of the Building Management Systems and compliance with Health & Safety legislation
* Assist the Sales Manager with enquiries and lettings when required

To be successful in the role you will:



* Someone who is highly organised, has excellent communication skills and can manage issues through to a successful resolution.
* Have worked in a similar role and fast paced environment or have gained relevant transferrable skills.
* Additionally, you will be able to deal with people at all levels, as well as external suppliers, as well as have the ability to work independently and successfully manage varying workloads.
