Change Manager - East London - £40,000 - £45,000 + excellent benefits

Are you an experienced Change professional with a passion for building brilliant customer driven solutions? Do you thrive in mentoring and leading diverse sets of people? If so, this could be great opportunity for you….

The company I am working with operate in the not for profit sector, they are in a period of major transformation and change. The customer is at the heart of everything they are doing, with a big drive towards building new digital platforms and self service digital solutions.

To drive forward and embed these changes, they have appointed a selection of Change champions across the business who are helping spread the word and communicate upcoming changes, improvements and enhancements to business processes and new customer journeys. Your role will be to organise, mentor and support these individuals to maximise their effectiveness.

You'll need to be a first class communicator and have a passion for customer driven change. You'll also have strong mentoring skills, helping build the confidence and capability of the change champions from across the operational business areas. You will work closely with Programme Managers, senior change colleagues and operational improvement teams - therefore strong stakeholder management skills are really important.

As Change Manager you will:-



* Lead, mentor and guide a group of internal change champions, helping them make a success of their roles and support their work in communicating and gaining feedback (good and bad) on proposed changes
* Run workshops with change champions
* Work with senior level stakeholders from across the business to gain insight and identify priorities for communicating change to the business
* Assess impact of proposed changes and act on positive/negative feedback received from the business via the network of Change Champions
