Customer Change Project Manager - Stratford - £45k - £55k

The company:-

A fast growing organisation operating in the non profit sector, with a genuine focus on personal and career development. They are currently in the process of delivering a major transformation programme, encompassing a significant investment in technology and transforming their customer experience by delivering a range of new self service portals and digital services.

The role:-

Project & Change Management in a transformation driven customer focused programme.

You will be responsible for working closely with a range of business stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of current processes and customer journeys and assist in the development of new processes - always prioritising the customer experience. This is an end to end role, calling on strong project & change management skills.

It's a pioneering programme of change for the sector and you'll have the opportunity to work with some brilliant people on a high profile programme.

Key outputs:-

* Manages projects that deliver faster and lower cost outcomes for customers
* Scopes, plans and co-ordinates the delivery of projects
* Using recognised project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) to track and communicate progress, drawing on Lean principles
* Manages project level risks and issues
* Ensures project objectives are delivered on time and on budget
* Ensure project outputs are aligned to the target programme outcomes
* Through projects, develops service design that results in better customer journeys. Applying tools and methodologies including Lean/DMAIC and customer experience journey mapping

Required experience:-

* Commercial sector experience for Customer
* Strong, proven Change Project Management experience
* Lean/Six Sigma/DMAIC experience is desirable
* Significant Process Improvement experience, with a customer journey/CX focus
* Analysing current processes and engineering new changes
* Relationship builder - must have superb people skills and be a true collaborator
