Are you an experienced CHC Clinical Lead, looking for your next interim CHC contract in the North West? Are you a natural leader, passionate about supporting a team to complete quality CHC Assessments? If so, a Continuing Healthcare team in the North West is looking for an experienced Mental Health CHC Clinical Lead for an interim contract managing a team a complex mental health team in Chester, Cheshire.

This role is suitable for an experienced RMN Mental Health Nurse with a wealth of knowledge and experience of the CHC National Framework.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CHC lead, who is confident leading a team to provide robust and quality CHC assessments for patients with complex mental health conditions.

Full or part time hours are considered.
The successful candidate can expect attractive pay rates of £320-£370 per day

The responsibilities of the CHC Clinical Lead:
- Leading a team of 5 CHC Nurse Assessors to complete DST/MDT assessments for patients with complex mental health conditions
- Utilising extensive knowledge of CHC framework
- Setting KPIs for the team and ensure targets are met
- Overseeing the completion of quality assessments
- Candling complaints
- Providing advice to relatives and members of MDT in relation to CHC/FNC funding

The successful CHC Clinical Lead will be able to demonstrate:
- Thorough understanding of the CHC National Framework
- Leadership experience within CHC
- Highly motivated and able to work autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent people management skills

The minimum requirements for this role are:
- NMC registered
- Nursing qualification - RMN
