You will be managing a friendly and supportive team in a lively, dynamic environment within a busy 4 bedded children's residential home. Though this role will be challenging, it will be rewarding due to the difference you will make to people's lives.

Responsibilities and requirements:



* You will have experience in dealing with children and young adults, management and able to manage a difficult team.
* Taking complete responsibility for the running of service provision, the new Manager will be expected to maintain and improve on the already high standards in the home in line with the Company's expectations, provide leadership, support and direction for the well established care team and champion the Company's ethos.
* Be able to work with professionals from a wide range of different disciplines.
* Be responsible for the safe delivery of the service in line with legislative requirements and company policy and procedures
* Efficiently manage the day to day running of the business. Allocate resources and monitor performance to deliver high quality home care to customers within budget

A Level 5 Diploma / DipSW qualifications or equivalent are essential. Full driving licence is required.
