If you are an experienced manager within children's services, or you are a senior/team leader looking for a step up, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This is a role where you get to make a very real difference to children and young people with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties

We are working with a service whose aim is to help the young people in our care to deal with crisis or challenges faced and to aid their development of their skills, abilities and understanding allowing them to move on to their next stage of life.

For this role you will be you will be responsible for ensuring that each child/young person has an up-to-date individual support plan that the child has actively been involved in preparing. You will be managing a team of support staff and all associated tasks, such as rotas, reviews, recruitment, identifying continuous development etc. You will be expected to maintain registered manager status as judged by OFSTED.
