job description

Randstad are looking for Children's Support Workers to join a client in rural Andover. We offer flexible working with half days, long days and waking nights available to suit you. Excellent rates of pay, free training, holiday pay & excellent support from the friendly office team.
Duties include helping Children and Young people, assisting with medication, support with activities on and off site and promoting independent living. No personal care required.
You must be reliable and be able to work as both part of a team and independently.
You must have the right to work in the UK.
Successful candidates will be subject to and Enhanced DBS check and references.
Skills Required
You must be able to communicate effectively and have both verbal and written ability to understand and be understood.
No qualifications Required
Previous support work experience desired but not essential as all training is provided free of charge.
