This fantastic new role will give you the chance to work within a team that supports adults with physical and learning disabilities in a residential facility.

* Experience is not essential
* A dedicated consultant to help you every step of the way
* A residential experience (based in one location)
* Training and development with clear progression

* Referring to relevant documentation to assess the needs of the residents.
* Monitoring the progression of residents and working alongside senior staff members.
* Helping with daily tasks around the residence.
* Activities with the service users inside and outside the residence.
* Participating in regular training to further your knowledge.
* Providing support and companionship.
* Providing person-centred care.

* Experience preferred but not essential
* Available to work alternate weekends and a set rota
* Someone that wants to help promote independence
