With several members to your class, you will be responsible for advising support staff to effectively assist students with any barriers to learning. With your guidance, you will ensure that staff and peers are able to communicate effectively. In addition, you will advise your class how to deliver strategies and programs provided for each student.

Job responsibilities:
- To ensure that all staff are aware of the complex needs of students and can follow individual learning plans
- Support all students to overcome any barriers to learning
- Provide a happy and encouraging environment for all in the classroom
- Promote high standards of care including personal
- Lead the team to run efficiently

Key Skills:
- Have passion and knowledge of working with students with physical disabilities and complex medical conditions
- Have a flexible work pattern
- Own means of transport (essential)
- Must have two professional references
- GSCE Grade C or above Maths and English
