With your supportive nature and understanding of Autism and speech and language needs, you will ensure that each student can participate in one to one sessions with yourself and other therapy staff. In addition, you will attend meetings and training days to boost your knowledge and skills.

Job responsibilities:
- To ensure that each student can develop their skills and knowledge in each subject
- Participate in all activities throughout the day
- Provide support to the main teacher in the classroom and for outdoor activities
- Attend meetings and extra training days
- Ensure that the school ethos is pursued throughout each lesson.

Key Skills:
- Must have experience working alongside SEN, Education or Care roles
- Open to learning new skills
- Must have own means of transport
