My client that I am currently working with is one of the largest developers in London who are currently in search for a Clerk of Works to work on their new flag ship project.

The project that you will be working on is the new eco-district comprising of 11,000 homes, new schools, commercial and cultural offerings along 2km of beautiful south-facing Thames river frontage.

Requirements:



* Previous experience in high profile urban realm and infrastructure projects
* Wide understanding of the building industry including knowledge of materials, trades, methods and legal requirements.
* Becoming familiar with all the relevant drawings and written instructions, checking them and using them as a reference when inspecting the work.
* Strong interpersonal skills with colleagues, contractors and residents.
* Moderate IT skills, although all necessary training will be provided.
* Ability to work under own initiative and manage workload efficiently.
