Approaching their busiest time of year for this organisation, we are recruiting for a client development advisor to join this growing team. Working full time hours of 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday (flexible), you will play a key role within the team to ensure continued growth and success - working within a target orientated environment. Conveniently located just outside of the town centre, with on-site parking and is also commutable by bus. I have recently recruited for this business and can personally comment on what an exciting, successful time it is for this organisation, continuing to grow year on year. The position is for a full-time, permanent, with an ASAP start!

As a client development advisor, your role will be to liaise with active and new clients on a daily basis to assist with enquiries, quotations and orders, you will also talk to them about further products and services that they may need. This is a commission orientated role - where you can earn uncapped commission!

Other day to day responsibilities will be;
*To achieve agreed sales targets and key performance indicators
*Preparing estimates and quotations
*Effectively manage all the leads allocated, prioritising when required
*Maintain the renewals database and system processes, and provide feedback as appropriate
*To respond efficiently to all leads and customer requests
*Produce and maintain daily contact sheet and activity report
*Create and maintain department processes and procedures, documentation and archive


To ensure you have the relevant skills and experience to deliver this, you must be able to demonstrate:
*A strong back ground within customer services/sales - B2B
*Effective communication both written and verbal
*The ability to liaise with internal and external points of contact at all levels
*Confidence and competence when making decisions
*Great organisational skills with the ability to solve problems
*IT literacy with fast and accurate keyboard skills
*A proven ability to work accurately whilst under pressure
*The ability to build rapport with clients
*Achievement of agreed targets and objectives
*Good negotiation skills
*Personable and able to engage effectively with customers, team, colleagues and stakeholders
*Highly numerate and results focused
*Work independently with minimal supervision
