Client Support Specialist - Manchester City Centre

£28,000

Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Do you want to work within a company that's present in 76 countries? Have you got a passion for IT or want to learn more about the industry? Have you worked in finance or good with numbers? Are you experienced in dealing with clients over the phone or face to face?

My client is a global market, multi award winning company who are looking for Client Support Representatives to join their growing team in Manchester City Centre in newly refurbished offices. You would be working for a company that specialise in creating software for their clients financial investments; it's your job to deal with any issues/problems that occur with the software once it's all set up. Working with clients across the world you will be expected to resolve the issue from start to finish. They're willing to provide full dedicated personalised training to a successful candidate, experienced or not.

Responsibilities



* Provide end to end support to client's utilising the software solutions
* Working with clients from across the world
* To document all case issue and keep clients CRM systems up to date
* Ability to use initiative when working on cases to always dig deeper until the issue is resolved
* Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and interpret client needs and determine appropriate action
* The desire to want to learn as this job is too varied to learn it all straight away
* Manage customer expectations with realistic time scales

Requirements:



* 1 year experience in IT/Finance/Maths
* Experience speaking to clients either face to face or over the phone
* Knowledge of the finance investment industry
* Ability to manage work load and priorities jobs
* Having the desire to always learn more

Desirable Qualifications:



* Education in MIS, computer science, other technical degree, economics, business management, or finance
* Experience as a Client Support Representative OR Client Support Specialist (supporting or implementing complex software applications)
* Financial background
* Knowledge and experience with client/server applications and languages (Relational databases, MS SQL,.NET, VMware, Clustering, CITRIX, Oracle, UNIX, Windows and DOS).
