A well respected Asbestos consultancy urgently require a qualified P402 Surveyor in the Hertfordshire, Berkshire, London, Essex and surrounding areas to undertake an ongoing large volume of commercial work they have won in the region. The surveys will mainly comprise of management and re-inspection surveys to small to medium sized retail premises around the region.

The companies management and technical staff have a wealth of experience and pride themselves in being able to offer the highest standards of workmanship.

The Role:



* Undertaking Management and re-inspection asbestos surveys (as defined in HSG264)
* Commercial surveys to mainly retail type premises.
* Carrying out re-inspections, update asbestos registers and asbestos management plans, ensuring that inspection works are carried out in accordance with documented procedures and comply with the quality system.
* Recording all site data and compile inspection reports.
* Reporting findings through verbal and written communications.

About You:

You will be a P402 or RSPH qualified surveyor who has a proven post qualification track record. The rate for this role is £23.50 p/h + 45p / m business mileage + hotel costs (when overnight stops required).

This will be a minimum 3 month contract, but in all likeliness be extended longer term. However applicants to this role, need to be available for this minimum 3 month contract term.
