I am working with a North East based Facilities Management provider, who are actively looking to recruit a Commercial Gas Engineer to work across a variety of contracts.

Having established a high profile in the market, my client has become one of the most respected providers in the region, working with a number of notable clients in manufacturing, education and retailing.

Duties & responsibilities:

* Installation, servicing and repairs of gas, oil and solid fuel heating systems.
* Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance
* Troubleshooting and problem solving
* Working alongside and supporting of Maintenance Engineers
* Conducting mirror remedial works
* Complete work in a timely manner

Qualifications required:

* Must hold a Commercial gas qualification /certification (COCN1 or CODNCO1)
* Must be Gas Safe registered, ideally in CKR1, CMET, CEN1, CIGA1
* Commercial boiler experience is essential
* Multi skilled qualifications are desirable (NVQ or City & Guilds in air conditioning or electro technical +F Gas and 17th edition)
* CSCS Card
* Full clean driving licence
* DBC (Security check)
