Are you a qualified commercial gas engineer? We have a fantastic opportunity for you!
Our client has been established for over 50 years, specialising in mechanical and engineering building services. They are looking for an experienced commercial gas engineer who will join them in their success.

* Plenty of overtime available
* Paid On Call - £105 standby fee on a 1 in 6 rota
* 25 days a year holiday
* Opportunities to progress


* To maintain gas heating equipment and assist with all other PPM routines on a large 42 acre static site
* Comply with gas-safe standards at all times
* Diagnose faults on equipment and repair as needed using manufacturers guidelines
* Record and report any risk, loss or defect to management for corrective action
* Ensure completion of remedial work, repairs etc. within the timescales defined

Personal Requirements

* Engineering qualification: BEng. BTEC, City & Guilds certificate in engineering etc. (or equivalent experience)
* HVAC and mechanical background
* Relevant gas tickets
* Proven track experience in a similar role
* Awareness of health and safety concerns associated with the job

Shift patterns

* 1 week 6am - 3pm + on call with vehicle provided (£105p/w allowance)
* 1 week 11am - 8pm
* 4 weeks 8am - 5pm
