I am looking for a Commercial Manager to work for a forward-thinking and rapidly expanded fit-out contractor based in the heart of Central London.

My client are rapidly growing and are fast becoming the go-to contractor for many high profile clients due to their reputation within the industry for their commitment to delivering projects on-time and in budget. They predominantly do fast-track fit-out projects valued up to £12m with their most recent projects bring in the Finance, Tech, Media, Music and Communication sectors.

You'll be responsible for Commercially Managing both CAT A and CAT B projects up to the value of £12m or multiple smaller schemes. Ideally, you'll be Degree Qualified (Or Equivalent) and have 5+ years experience running fit-out schemes of similar value and nature previously. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and energetic contractor, where every day is dress-down Friday!

Location: The role will involve being based in the Head Office and on Sites in Zones 1 & 2.
