My well regarded, industry leading developer is on the look out for a Commercial Manager to be responsible for all commercial activity within the company. As an established and renowned developer who produce in a large number of units while still keeping quality as a primary concern and they are committed to providing family homes in which their customers can fulfil their expectations of lifestyle.

Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be responsible for all commercial activity which will include:

* The production of valuations

* Ensure submission of monthly Valuations and attend monthly Valuation meetings with client

* Write and agree Framework sub-contracts with all sub-contractors in order to ensure Terms and Conditions run parallel with the Contract

* Compile Final Accounts to form the basis of negotiation with the client

* Helping with budgets, land and purchasing. Ensuring cost effective delivery to maximise profits.

For this role we require you to be either a Senior, Chief or Managing Quantity Surveyor looking for the next step up in your career or Commercial Manager seeking a new challenge. We need a professional who demonstrates strong skills in leadership, management, negotiation and influencing with a high level of ability to gather, analyse and interpret commercial data.
