My client has an immediate opportunity for Commercial Manager to join the team. The successful candidates will work as part of a Facilities Management Team on a prestigious contract.

The role is based in Cardiff, South Wales.

Reporting to the Project Manager you will be required to lead the commercial team across the project, ensuring reports, budgets, audits , H&S, and compliance are accurate. You will be comfortable in a client facing role with the ability to support your team at all levels.

The Candidate:



* You will have solid experience as either a Quantity surveyor or Facilities Manager and hold RICS accreditation
* 3 years experience with Facilities Maintenance
* Comfortable in a client facing role
* Have a thorough understanding of H&S and environmental law
* Previous experience within the commercial property maintenance sector
* RICs accreditation & or Similar degree
* Be proactive in your approach winning new business, monitoring costs, ultimately delivering the project under budget.
