Are you a Commercial Manger who is looking to work for a tier one main contractor with long term stability and strong pipeline of work? Are you looking to find a better work/life balance?

If so I am seeking a Commercial Manager to run a large residential new build project for a highly reputable main contractor in North London.

The project consists of 478 residential apartments and town houses, build value £21m. You will be responsible for running this project with a team of surveyors reporting in to you.

Requirements:

- A depth of experience managing new build projects

- RC frame experience

- Main contractor developer experience

- Overseen a project within the region of £20m+ from cradle to grave

- Computer literate

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong references

- Educated to a degree level or equivalent (BSc Quantity Surveying preferred)
