MOBILE COMMERCIAL GAS ENGINEER - NORTH WEST LONDON - £45,000 to £50,000 + OVERTIME & VAN

An exciting opportunity to work for a leading UK maintenance provider within the commercial & social housing enviroments . This is a mobile position based in North West London for a large organisation conducting maintenance on commercial heating systems and associated mechanical building services including Gas fired heating appliances, promoting high standards of heating equipment maintenance. This is a University and as such the campus has a number of buildings that require maintenance and servicing.

The candidate should have commercial boiler experience both install, repair and maintenance so commerical gas certificates gas qualifications would be a requirment.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Overtime & Call out could work out to an extra £10k per year!

Qualifications



* Commercial ACS Gas qualifications
* NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent
* Candidates must be in possession of the following ACS qualifications: CCN1, CEN1, CPA1,
* COCN1, CODNCO1, CDGA1, CIGA1, and TPCP1 or TPCP1A
* Experience of maintaining associated general building services plant and controls a distinct advantage
* Engineers must be Customer Focused
* Excellent Interpersonal Skills
* Able to give Technical advice when required.
