My client is currently seeking a Complaints Officer due to departmental expansion. This role will report to the Quality Manager and be responsible for investigating and responding to complaints.

Role responsibilities:

* Conducting impartial investigations into received complaints
* Contact and work through business managers and supervisors across the business when receiving complaints and follow each complaint through to finialisation, producing a quality response which demonstrates transparency and empathy
* Working closely with the team administrator on investigations with a serious incident process
* Keep an eye on potential trends through escalation to the quality manager
* Represent the company with a high degree of professionalism
* Investigate and respond to all complaints within an agreed timeframe
* Work with others positively

Person specification:

* Excellent written skills
* Capable of communicating in a clear and tailored way
* Able to apply themselves to a situation, tackling complaints with differing perspectives
* Excellent attention to detail
* PC Literate
