* Salary £25,000 + Bonus
* Permanent role
* On-site parking
* 25 days holiday + BH (Christmas and Easter closure)
* Monday - Friday between 08:00 - 18:00 - shifts
* Meals on duty

Location: Bounville

Main Purpose: This role is for a pro-active sales person happy to work as part of a team to help drives business forward. Developing new clients through pro-active calling and maintain and maximising business with existing clients.

You will be responsible for a small team of coordinators and must help motivate and manage to ensure targets and revenue is achieved.


* To generate revenue through a pro-active sales approach
* Implementation of a successful account strategy in order to maximise business with current clients
* Proactive sales targeting new business and warm leads
* Responsible for always providing an exceptional level of customer service to all clients
* Conduction of appraisals, absences and authorisation of holidays
* Dictation of daily activities to the team
* Driving sales and business forward, whilst motivating a small team
* Conduction and attending daily and monthly meetings
* Ensuring all customers are looked after from the initial phone call to after their stay/event
* Carrying out site visits
* Obtaining customer feedback at all times
* Updating company CRM system with all client information
* Producing weekly reports


* MUST have previous experience in Sales and Corporate Events/Conferences in either a Management/ Team Leader or Supervisor role
* Previous experience management or supervising a small team
* Proven ability to maximise current business and generate new business through various different strategies
* Fantastic communication skills; a friendly but professional approach to develop client relationships
* Fully competent in all Microsoft Applications
* A create approach to sales, implementation of a successful sales approach
* Examples of working towards KPIs and Targets and pushing team targets
* Must have a confident approach to sales
