Construction Planner

Are you looking to join a Contractor with excellent Staff retention levels and fantastic work environment?

Contract Type - Permanent

Location - Sevenoaks, Kent

Salary - up to £65,000 plus package

Client: A Family run, award winning Main Contractor with projects based in Kent, Sussex and London. Projects consist of Residential, Educational, Heritage & Commercial with a company annual turn over of approximately £50 million.

Projects: Projects ranging from new build, specialist restoration and renovation of historic buildings with typical project values ranging from £250,000 - £12mil.

Position: Seeking a Planner who will primarily be based from the Head Office in Sevenoaks, Kent. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining construction schedules for both Construction and Pre-Construction.

Requirements



* Previous experience as a Planner working for a Main Contractor
* HND or equivalent in Construction Management is preferable
* Project experience in Heritage, Commercial & Education is ideal
* Good Forward Planner
* Able to work closely with Construction Managers, Pre-Construction and Commercial Team.
