Contract Manager- City of London - £55,000 per annum

Are you an established contract manager looking for a new opportunity?

Do you feel like you have reached a ceiling where you are and it is time for a new challenge?

A position has come up to work as a contract manager in a brand new state of the art building for an international property maintenance company.

The role is ideal for someone who is technically forward thinking and very passionate about their trade.

A strong background in Facilities Maintenance with ideally a multi-skilled background is required for this role and experience working in a client facing critical / high rise building environment is essential.

Benefits/ role

* £55,000 per annum
* Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm
* 25 days holiday

* Manage all maintenance staff on the contract.
* Manage agreed KPI and SLA's.
* Responsible for managing the company's H&S and environmental performance on the contract.
* Responsible for managing the company's quality procedures on site.
* Recruitment of any new staff required on site.
* Responsible for the development of all staff, which will include annual appraisals.
* Management of client relationship on a daily basis.
* Management of all reports.
* Manage any additional business opportunities that will deliver client satisfaction and increase contract sales revenue.

* Ensure client requirements are met and relationships are met and exceeded.
* Ensure all PPM's, reactive and proactive maintenance works are carried out in accordance with contractual requirements.
* Ensure company procedures are followed at all times.



* City and guild level 2 and 3 in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
* HV Authorised
* Experience in a similar critical/ high rise environment
* Good commercial awareness.
* A good understanding of building services maintenance.
* Previous managerial experience.
* Financial understanding of profit and loss, budgets and operating costs.
* Good man-management skills.
* Smart, presentable and client facing.
