A Housing Association are looking to employ an assistant administrator to work within the busy responsive repairs team. They will be required to handle calls from a wide variety of clients, providing a high level of customer service and administrative support to the team.

Responsibilities / key duties:



* To Do A Variety Of Administrative Tasks - Such As Sending Letters Raising Purchase Orders
* Dealing With Subcontractors Monitoring Email Accounts.
* To answer the telephone in a professional manner, obtaining appropriate information and replying accordingly
* To maintain contract specific records, storing them in a well organised and retrievable manner
* To ensure that all works orders received are processed from receipt through to payment in an orderly, accurate and timely way.
* To provide excellent customer service
* To represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Essential skills / experience:



* The contracts administrator will need to have strong and demonstrable experience of working in a busy office environment.
* You must also have strong literacy and numeracy skills
* Be able to communicate at all levels and have excellent customer service skills
* You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, have the ability to prioritise a busy role and be proficient in it systems including word, excel and outlook.
