Are you a Contracts Manager? Are you looking for the chance to work for a local family-run contractor? If so this is the perfect opportunity!

My client is a very interesting main contractor with an extensive order book and stable career history. They are seeking candidates who show ambition and carry a strong work ethic for a Contracts Manager position. It will be to look after 4-5 sites in the East London area working on various projects up to £5m. It will be based out of their office in South Woodford.

This is a very interesting and exciting opportunity. For the right candidate, we can pay up to £65,000 + package.

Key Benefits:

* Package: 5k per annum (car allowance, maintenance, Travel, private healthcare, etc)
* Pension: Government auto enrolment scheme
* Hours: 8-5pm
* 22 days holiday per year plus time off given at Xmas time as a good will gesture
* Fuel card supplied for Business Travel

* Key Requirements:

* Experience of having managed more than one site
* Show excellent communication skills and able to communicate appropriately with all levels of personnel.
* Advanced knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.
