An established regional contractor, with offices in Sussex, Surrey and Kent are now looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to manage various contracts in the East Sussex and Kent area. This business is a privately owned contractor and work in the education, residential and commercial sectors. Their projects consist of schemes from £1 million to £15 million in project value.

* Management of 3 - 4 projects
* Experience managing projects over £5M
* Management of site team and ensure effecting management of sub-contractors
* Creating and management of programme
* Managing the design process
* Client meetings and associated issues
* Health and Safety plans
* Motivating and inspiring the team
* Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained
* Following all projects through all stages from start to hand over through to final accounts

To be considered for this role you will have experience of managing contracts with values over £5M across a variety of sectors. You must be experienced at managing multiple contracts and assist with all pre construction issues, design issues, procurement, programming and general duties.
