Growing Regional Contractor operating at around £20m turnover on New Build and Refurbishment projects across Commercial, Industrial, Education and Retail sectors valued from £500k to £6m.


As a contracts manager, you will be responsible for a number of projects across all sectors. You will be the main point of contact and responsible for all clients, site management and sub-contractors, reporting to Director level.


* Competitive basic salary between £50,000 and £60,000.

Experience Required:

* Background working for a Main Contractor in a Contracts Manager role.
* Track record working on Commercial projects between £500k to £6m.
* New build and refurbishment experience.
* Programming experience, ideally Microsoft Astra.
* Ability to plan and manage multiple projects and their teams concurrently.
* Excellent local supply chain relationships.
* Strong client focus.
* Assisting and developing support team.

Key Accountabilities:

* Ensure service delivery meets financial targets and operates within agreed budget.
* Participate in contract reviews with Senior Management and Directors.
* Develop effective client and partner relationships.
* Undertaking regular formal inspections of sites and sub-contractors work in accordance with company policy.
* Maintain excellent Health & Safety standards.
* Ensuring projects are finished on time to the required standard while maintaining the projected margin.
