Contracts Manager

Projects throughout Kent - Permanent Opportunity

Seeking a Contracts Manager to join an Award Winning Contractor with projects throughout Kent.

This Contractor is nationally recognised and will give you the opportunity to work on projects locally and be a part of a fantastic team! Projects consist of Commercial, Education and Defence ranging from £2 - £30 million. It's diverse portfolio of projects allow you to experience a wide range of projects with the support of your talented site teams.


* Previous experience as an Project Manager or Contracts Manager working for a Main Contractor
* Project experience in Commercial, Education or Defence
* HNC / HND / Degree in Construction Management is desirable but not a necessity
* Ability to manage multiple projects up to £30 million.
* Highly Organised
* Excellent client liaison skills
