Contracts Manager

Contract Type - Permanent

Location -Surrey

Salary - up to £75,000 plus package

Position - Contracts Manager

Client: Main Contractor with a turnover of approximately £60mil have now open a new office for projects within the southern home counties following their success in London, Essex & Herts.

Projects: Projects consist of education. health care, retail & commercial ranging from £1 - £12 million.

Position: Seeking a Contracts Manager to initially managed a range of educational projects across the home counties and to be based from their new regional office in Surrey.

You: For this position you will need to be great at problem solving, have fantastic management skills, be confident with pre-construction duties and be able to build and maintain relationships with Clients.

Requirements



* Previous experience as an Contracts Manager working with a main contractor
* Proven experience managing educational projects
* Demonstrate leadership skills
