Do you want to work on one of London's most corporate Reception? Do you feel at home working in a professional senior environment? Can you adapt to multiple cultures?

One of the most corporate professional environments in London is looking for a Part-Time Corporate Receptionist. We need someone who has worked in a corporate environment before and thrives in this environment. You will also need a legitimate reason for a wanting a part-time role.

Main Purpose of Job
*To be the first point of contact both with all visitors/staff
*Organise the switchboard, reception & meeting room areas
*To provide administrative support to the Human Resources and Facilities department
*22.5 hours a week, 8:30 - 13:00, Mon-Fri

Skills
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Excellent organisational skills
*Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

*Responsible, professional and polite
*Ability to self-motivate and use initiative

*A clear and concise understanding of front of house services and their importance to the business

Essential experience
*Experience in a similar front of house role
*Experience within a multicultural business environment
*Administrative experience
