Are you an experienced Band 6 CPN who is passionate about supporting patients within the community?

Are you driven, confident working alone, and able to manage a complex caseload?

If so, we have short and long term bookings available within the North-West NHS services.

The successful candidate will be working in a rewarding area within the Mental Health sector, alongside already established teams. The position involves carrying out assessments of patients within their own homes, devising care and recovery plans whilst working within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest level of patient care is delivered.

As a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse, the priority is to promote the safety and well-being of patients: this can be a challenging role, but is truly rewarding when you see the difference in patients' recovery. A variety of short to long term bookings are available, Monday to Friday with an option of full-time or part-time hours. These opportunities are suited to those who prefer to work in a busy team, whilst still being able to make fully assessed and thorough decisions.
