Credit Analyst
£26,000 - £30,000 Dependant on experience

An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Analyst to join our client, a large multi-national company based in Luton, where you will manage the new account set up process from the initial credit request through to the client account allocation.

Key responsibilities of the Credit Analyst role will include:
-To provide financial guidance to operations based on Client status.
-Undertake reference checks on companies
-Analysing data in order to make decisions on client creditworthiness
-Keep company exposure to bad credit at a minimum
-Enhance quality and efficiency of credit applications
-Understand and employ a level of compliance
-Compile a report on client suitability

The ideal Credit Analyst will possess the following attributes/skills:
-Undergraduate degree in any discipline though finance and/or accounting degrees preferred
-Ability to assume responsibility and work under pressure
-Analytical mind
-At least 1 years experience in similar role
-Strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data
-Ability to manage competing deadlines in a high-pressure environment, with varying ranges of supervision
